1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the IQRA Edu platform ("Platform") operated by Atomprod ("we", "us", "our") — a registered entity under Udyam with IQRA Edu by Atomprod as an operating unit — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Platform. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement. Institutional partners must be legally registered entities in India.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Course Enrollment & Access
- Upon successful payment, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the enrolled course.
- Course content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
- You may not share, redistribute, or resell course content in any form.
- Access to course materials is subject to our refund and cancellation policy.
5. Certificates
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course with a passing score of 70% or above. Certificates carry a unique verification ID and QR code. Any attempt to forge, alter, or misrepresent a certificate is a violation of these terms and may result in legal action.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of Atomprod / IQRA Edu by Atomprod. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Institutional Partners
Partner institutions agree to use IQRA content solely for the purpose of student education within their enrolled batches. Partners may not sublicense, resell, or independently distribute course content. Batch data and student records remain the joint responsibility of the partner and IQRA Edu.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract course content.
- Use automated tools to scrape or download content.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Upload or share unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atomprod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant course.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
