IQRA Edu by Atomprod is an operating unit of Atomprod, registered under Udyam, India. We operate the IQRA Edu platform which provides online and offline skill-based education and certification services.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and password when you register.
  • Enrollment Data: Course enrollments, progress, assessment scores, and certificate details.
  • Payment Information: Transaction IDs and payment status via Razorpay and PayU. We do not store card details — these are handled securely by Razorpay and PayU.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, device type, browser, and IP address via Google Analytics.
  • Communications: Messages you send us via contact forms or email.
  • Institutional Data: For partner institutes — institution name, contact details, batch and student enrollment data.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and its services.
  • To process payments and issue certificates.
  • To send course updates, notifications, and support communications.
  • To analyze usage patterns and improve user experience.
  • To show relevant advertising via Meta Pixel.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
  • Razorpay: For payment processing. Subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
  • PayU: For payment processing. Subject to PayU's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Analytics: For usage analytics (anonymized).
  • Partner Institutes: Batch and student data shared with the relevant partner for course delivery.
  • Legal Authorities: When required by applicable law or court order.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Certificate records are retained indefinitely for verification purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Under applicable Indian data protection law, you have the right to:
