Payment Policy

1. Payment Gateway

All payments on the IQRA Edu Platform are processed securely through Razorpay And PayU , a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Razorpay/PayU-supported wallets. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR).

2. Course Pricing

  • All prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once you complete payment, the price is locked.
  • Institutional batch pricing may differ from individual pricing and is subject to a separate agreement.

3. Payment for Institutional Batches

  • Partner institutes pay a single consolidated amount per batch covering all enrolled students.
  • Payment must be completed before batch activation and student access is granted.
  • A unique payment invoice (e.g. IQRA-INV-26-06001) is generated for every transaction.
  • Invoices are available for download from the Institute dashboard.

4. Refund Policy

Individual Course Enrollments

  • ✓Within 24 hours of payment: Full refund. Processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • ✗After 24 hours: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Institutional Batch Payments

Batch payments are non-refundable once the batch has been activated and student access granted. For disputes, contact us within 24 hours of payment at iqra@atomprod.in.

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email iqra@atomprod.in within 24 hours of your payment.
  2. Include your registered email address and payment invoice number.
  3. Our team will verify and initiate the refund within 1 business day.
  4. Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Failed & Duplicate Payments

  • If your payment fails but your account is debited, the amount will be automatically refunded by Razorpay/PayU within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of duplicate payments, contact us immediately at iqra@atomprod.in with your transaction details.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account. We encourage you to reach out to us first — we are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
